What inspires me is the passion that young that young people all over the world have for social change. Nelson Mandela once said that the world is hungry for action not words. Young people can remain an untapped resource if decision-makers do not integrate their knowledge, vision and experience. The world’s largest untapped resource in creating a developed world is young people. Youth are a huge and growing demographic, making up more than two-thirds of the population of some developing... Students are constantly being bombarded with IT in their lives. They come to school as digital natives and we are their immigrants. We need to teach and learn using these tools, as they are using them anyway. We need to guide them through this shift in education, or we will have a group of unmotivated, disengaged youth. By having them connect, collaborate, communicate and share by using such tools as TIGed collaborative classes and other tools, we can engage them as they prepare to become... ( lire plus...)

I am inspired by passionate enthusiasm, and by optimism (nice generic answers, I know). I'm also very inspired when I see people speak out about things that matter to them, and speak up when they see wrong doings in the world. The prospect of travel inspires me, as do children, especially children that are already survivors in one way or another. ( lire plus...)
